| 1 I’m a Goat And I’m on a boat Reading a note it go by the Lines like This. You Might be thinking that animals should not be locked up. But I think Differently. But first, what is a zoo? A zoo is A place where animals are in Captivity to keep them safe. Now have you Ever gone to a zoo? With Cute animals and wondering why the animals are in Captivity. Will I have. They are locked up Because half of them are Becoming extinct. And I Also think the Reason Y is so they can start to Trust us. And you’re still arguing with me. Here are my reasons why you are Wrong. You might believe me after you hear this… | 2 Animals are cute. Some of The cutest are Dying and becoming extinct and that is just sad. That’s why they are locked up so they can bead and not Become extinct. The more they are in there the more they can Breed and populate. Example. Red pandas. You chop down their homes leaving them to live on the ground and they’re pretty can now kill them like this. And there are only 10000 and less. And they are cute.Could you imagine the world with no zoo Animals Kids Entertainment would be gone Red pandas and cute things like them would be gone and Extinct |
| 3 You think that they are Depressed and that just sad. Zookeepers Should make more Enclosures like the bird walk where they are in open area But with the animals they should be in open area but then Finn off. But Tigers and lions should be glassed off for Safer reasons. And put together so it’s more like their real home. The zoo needs to also make their cages more like their habitat they live in so it feels more like home.And do what they are doing in Auckland by giving the Gorilla a place to climb. They should do that with more animal Enclosures. | 4 Final last reason.I believe the reason why No animals get used to humans and trust them.Think about Parrots listening to humans like a child. Could you imagine if Lion and Tigers did the Same. Another reason why is that they can be Trained To have needles in them. The way they do this is by poking them in with a stick when they go into their Enclosure. Reason why this is good is so they don’t have to put them to sleep to do blood tests. But We don’t want them to Trust humans completely or there Would be no fun with wild animals. They would be pets. That might be fun but Then there would be no such thing as the big five And many other things. |

Today we did a ‘What am I?’ for writing. we had to write about a shape. Can you guess my shape?
This week we did poems for writing. It was lots of and a good change from our formal narrative writing. I had to write a Limerick poem. I did one with Aston about ANZAC Day. It was tricky because limerick poems are meant to be funny and ANZAC Day is not. Today I wrote an Easter Limerick with Aston. A limerick has to have line 1 and 2 and 5 has 8 syllables. Line 3 And 4 has 5 syllables. Here is my woke.
